In this training, participants will use the foundational skills and knowledge of Satir’s Iceberg and the Ways of Transforming Defences to learn a more impactful way to process loss. Participants will explore different kinds of losses and how the losses may look in the sand tray.
We will delve more deeply into the three typical ways of transforming grief that promote a path of healing. The experiential training will include some theory, a demo, and triad work. It will also include videos of Dr. Madeleine De Little transforming grief in past trainings.
Prerequisite: Introduction to Neuroscience and Satir in the Sand Tray, Level 1 Workshop
What to bring:
Coffee mug and coffee
Comfortable clothes
Slippers
Lunch on both days
Don't wear makeup (in case there is a tear or two)
A willingness to be vulnerable!
