Facilitator(s): Sheila Johal & Natalie Hunniford

This course is the basic foundation for all the other courses. In this workshop, you will learn how to ask questions in the metaphor of the figurines in the Sand Tray. This method accesses the unconscious memories that are stuck in the body and are creating all sorts of unhealthy ways of staying safe.

What to bring:

  • Coffee mug and coffee

  • Comfortable clothes

  • Slippers

  • Lunch on both days

  • Don't wear makeup (in case there is a tear or two)

  • A willingness to be vulnerable!
